Analista de Aplicaciones e Integración SRM

Se requiere Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Informática, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín, con 3 a 5 años de experiencia en TI enfocada en procesos SRM dentro de entornos de manufactura. Es indispensable contar con experiencia funcional en plataformas SRM y SAP ERP, especialmente en procesos de compras, abastecimiento y gestión de proveedores, así como en integraciones SRM-ERP, intercambio de datos y soporte a flujos de información empresariales. Se requiere conocimiento de SQL para análisis, validación y conciliación de datos, además de experiencia como enlace funcional entre áreas de negocio y equipos de TI. Se solicita inglés intermedio-avanzado (70-80%) para comunicación oral y escrita con equipos globales y proveedores. Conocimientos Técnicos Manejo de plataformas SRM y ERP, preferentemente SAP SRM y SAP S/4HANA. Experiencia en procesos de compras, abastecimiento y gestión de proveedores. Integraciones entre sistemas empresariales e intercambio de datos. SQL para análisis y solución de incidencias de información. Transferencias seguras de archivos (SFTP) y monitoreo de interfaces. Gobernanza y calidad de datos maestros. Microsoft Excel intermedio-avanzado. Deseable experiencia con Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, MP2, L2L, OA, Luxlink, SAP Fiori y herramientas de automatización (RPA) e IA. Competencias Comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios y proveedores. Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas. Gestión del tiempo, priorización y orientación a resultados. Documentación, coordinación y colaboración interfuncional. Adaptabilidad y aprendizaje continuo en entornos de cambio. Conocimientos Deseables Experiencia en procesos EDI, plataformas logísticas como GTS e I-Xport, SRM-XieKeYun y estudios complementarios en ERP, Compras, Cadena de Suministro, Integraciones de Sistemas o TI. Qualifications: Education/Training Required and Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or MIS or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
