Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related). 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing. Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards and core quality tools (PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, etc.). Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies. Proficient Conversational and written English required, needs to be able to efficiently communicate with corporate leaders both in person and in reports/via email. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP). Background in inspection technologies, advanced quality planning, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
