Automation Engineer

1–3 years of professional experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, manufacturing equipment, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering , or a related discipline. Advanced knowledge of PLC programming, HMI systems, industrial control systems, electrical controls, sensors, actuators, drives, and automation equipment . Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD, HMI, PLC, and MATLAB or equivalent engineering/software tools. Experience with equipment integration, commissioning, validation, and start-up is preferred. Knowledge of industrial communication networks and protocols is preferred. Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and external integrators. Conversational English – B1 level. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and support technical activities on the production floor.
