Amphenol CMT - Critical Medical Technologies
College degree (Engineering, or related). Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred but not required. Demonstrated performance in Project Management required, (+2 years minimum). Proven track record of successful project management, conflict resolution, facilitation, organizational and negotiation skills. Demonstrated proficiency utilizing networked PCs using ERP/MRP software systems such as SAP. Must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and coaching/Gemba skills. Capable of presenting to all levels of management or customers. Demonstrated ability to make positive impact decisions, prioritize and meet or exceed deadlines. Demonstrated ownership for decisions and actions; facilitates accountability. Ability to obtain and maintain valid passport to travel overseas when required, including to USA. Ability to perform well under pressure and respond constructively to difficult situations in a timely manner.
