Required Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, or audit roles Understanding of enterprise IT and manufacturing/OT environments Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple governance activities Preferred Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, or similar frameworks Experience working with regional or global security organizations Security certifications (Security+, CISM, CRISC – completed or in progress)
