Job Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills; team player with a positive, flexible, and proactive mindset. Solid project management skills (initiation, planning, execution, and delivery). Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to value creation. Proven coaching, influencing, training, and facilitation skills across different organizational levels. Strong change management capabilities and problem-solving mindset. Experience leading teams to achieve ambitious goals. Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. Knowledge of Lean Management Systems is highly desirable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, test-and-learn environment. Key Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. English 90% Minimum 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Operational Excellence. Preferred: 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in people management roles. Hands-on experience with loss elimination tools (e.g., Incident Elimination, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance). Preferred: Certification in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Certification, Black Belt.
