Required competences: - Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering. - Experience: 3 years’ experience in a similar position. - Certifications: Green belt, DMAIC (desirable) - Languages: English (mandatory) Skills and abilities: - Experience in industrialization for new products or insourcing, especially in metal parts machining and CNC 5 axis machine. - Knowledge and experience on special processes for machining. - Proficiency in drawing interpretations, EBOM, DFMEA, and Geometric Tolerance (GD&T) -Understanding of part application, functional requirements, and Key Characteristics identification. - Experience in defining production routing, MBOM. Standardized work instructions and rework routines. - Risk management and KPI monitoring experience. - Continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma. - Microsoft Office tools knowledge. - Understanding in machining process (CNC process strong preferred). - Knowledge in manufacturing costing process (desirable). - Knowledge in teat treat and grinding process (desirable). - Proficient in use of AutoCAD and CAD / CAM Program (MasterCAM, Solidworks) - SAP knowledge
