Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems and network devices. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Assist with software installations, updates, and system upgrades. Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system. Support network connectivity and basic infrastructure maintenance. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
