Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5 or more years of related procurement or supply chain experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Advanced professional English proficiency (written and verbal) required for international vendor negotiations. Other Qualifications: Strong MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills. Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively without constant direction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across various functional business groups. Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
