Scope & Authority • Ownership of process engineering execution across assembly, cable assembly, and molding/overmolding technologies • Authority to prioritize work, assign resources, and approve process solutions within defined design and manufacturing boundaries • Authority to provide consolidated DFM/DFA input to Product Development and Engineering leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (connectors or cable assemblies preferred) Demonstrated supervisory or people-management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong understanding of assembly, cable assembly, and molding/overmolding processes Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution through influence Top 5 Skills / Experiences Process Engineering Leadership and Supervision Assembly, Cable Assembly, and Molding Manufacturing Expertise DFM/DFA Collaboration with Product Development Production Line Transfer and Ramp-Up Ownership Problem Solving and Shop-Floor Execution
