ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages supplier APQP ensuring all milestones are met through regular meetings. Address issues ahead and escalated if needed to prevent delays. Prepares and evaluates Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents with suppliers in accordance to customer, statutory and regulatory requirement. Assists Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) team with quality issues on new product launches including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Manages project timing plans Works closely with sourcing, engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with company’s and customer expectation. Regularly communicates with program team on status of supplier milestones (including corrective action reports) and maintains file of related correspondence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance quality, cost reduction and increase productivity. Provides technical guidance on manufacturing of complex parts and subassemblies by providing technical expertise and support for suppliers. Provides system guidance to suppliers in meeting requirements.  Maintains supplier database ensuring SQM requirements are met and data are up to date. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related fields. >1 year experience in test validation, test automation, RF testing. Experience in key RF measurements (i.e EVM, ACLR, Gain, NF, IP3, Phase Noise, etc.). Understanding of basic RF test equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal source analyzer, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.). Understanding of basic ATE test platforms (Advantest, Uflex, Cohu, etc.). Experience with developing/modifying Visual Basic, C++, C#, Java, Python, LabVIEW and/or TestStand. Knowledge in RF-PCB design basics. Understands board design, debug, and development. Minimum Qualifications. Solid understanding of the measurements necessary to characterize an RF device through theoretical and practical applications.
