What you need: • 3 to 5+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or implementation-focused customer success roles • Strong working knowledge of Power BI — this is a core requirement for the role • Experience with enterprise software configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and change management • Comfort working within the Microsoft ecosystem and general familiarity with project and portfolio management (PPM) concepts and tools, whether Microsoft-based or from a comparable platform • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to have: • Experience with Power Automate • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Project Online • Power Platform certifications (PL-200, MB-210) • Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration Details: • Fully remote — reliable internet and dedicated home workspace required • Working hours aligned to US Eastern through Pacific time • Open to candidates anywhere in Mexico
