Process Engineer (ABSI)

• Background in manual, semi-automated, and fully automated processes, including verification and validation. • Strong practical skills in diagnosing and resolving process-related issues. • Solid analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Previous experience in high-volume manufacturing operations. • Competent with computer tools including CAD, word processors, and spreadsheets at an intermediate level. • Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives. • Experienced in process validation planning and execution, as well as process risk management. • Familiar with designing and implementing cost-saving projects using lean manufacturing methodologies. • Effective communicator in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ergonomic knowledge • Lean manufacturing tools , VSM, DMAIC, 5s,Kaizen • 3-5 years’ experience.
