Degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field preferred. Work on-site at Vapotherm's medical device manufacturing facility in Tijuana, MX, Pacifico Industrial parque, Communicate verbally and in writing English at a B2 level or higher. 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting . Able to speak, understand, and write English at a minimum B2 level. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures. E xperience in a maquiladora company preferred. Proficiency in accounting software, Epicor experience a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic functions such as VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, and data entry). Basic knowledge of tax compliance related to accounts payable (e.g., 1099 forms in the U.S.). Experience with automated accounts payable systems or software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
