· Education: Law degree with a valid license to practice in Mexico. · Technical Knowledge: o Strongunderstanding of the Mexican legal system. o Proven ability to manage labor disputes and administrative proceedings. o Familiarity with data protection, export control, and anti-corruption compliance . · Language: advanced English (oral and written). Key Responsibilities: 1. Contracts & Transactions Draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international commercial agreements. Prepare and respond to legal correspondence. Provide pragmatic risk-control advice and propose alternative clauses. 2. Labor Litigation & Employment Matters Manage employee-related disputes, conciliation processes, and labor litigation. Represent the company in administrative proceedings before labor and government authorities. Support audits and investigations by labor authorities. Provide guidance on employment law and HR compliance issues. 3. Regulatory & Operational Compliance Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Safeguard the company’s daily operations in Mexico through proactive compliance monitoring. 4. Cross-Border Compliance Research and interpret multi-jurisdictional laws and regulations. Conduct compliance assessments on business structures, delivery models, and regulatory frameworks. Develop and implement practical compliance solutions in collaboration with corporate teams. 5. Training & Awareness Design and deliver compliance training sessions for employees and business units. Promote awareness of legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations, including anti-corruption and data protection. 6. General Legal Support Act as the first point of contact for routine legal inquiries. Coordinate with external counsel for specialized or urgent matters. Support additional legal and compliance projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Solid knowledge of FDA QSR regulations; experience with ISO 13485 standards is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or process engineering role. Proven experience creating and maintaining process work instructions for manufacturing operations, including assembly and in-process acceptance procedures. Proficient in developing and executing Process Validation Protocols and/or Transfer Plans, including generating comprehensive test reports. Skilled in process risk assessments, including pFMEA development and maintenance. Supports investigation, disposition, and implementation of corrective actions for non-conforming materials. Experience establishing and monitoring statistical process controls (SPC) in production environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a structured and data-driven approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of Corel Draw. Soft Skills & Competencies: High learning agility and adaptability to new challenges. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully in diverse teams. Able to present ideas clearly, actively listen, and contribute to group decision-making. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in the design or redesign of tools and equipment to improve manufacturing processes. Ensure employee safety and compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor, test and maintain production equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Collect and analyze production data for continuous improvement. Support cost control initiatives and contribute to maintaining operations within budget.
