YOU MUST HAVE 7 years of Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management of other Operations Planning related functional area. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment, defense and aerospace preferred 5 years planning experience in SAP ERP system Bachelor’s Degree Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken. WE VALUE Experience in Planning, Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing Experience in Kinaxis-RapidResponse (or Maestro) highly APICS or CPIM Certification. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Lead and solve complex organizational problems. Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization. Expertise in leading/driving change and mentor for new leaders or peers. Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function. Mentor new leaders or peers.
