Accuride started as a small tool and die shop in 1962 in South Gate, California, producing top-quality slides for tape drives and copy machines. Founder Fred Jordan entered a market eager for the increasingly precise products and the company soon expanded to a 40,000 square-foot facility in Santa Fe Springs, California. Accuride is committed to achieving the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Mechanical Design Engineer (Mandarín Proficiency Required)

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering with a mechanical focus. Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written). Intermediate to advanced English level. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical product design , using 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, or similar). Knowledge of metal manufacturing, assembly processes, or development of mechanical components. Ability to review drawings, geometric tolerances, and technical specifications. Competencies: Effective multicultural communication. Technical problem analysis and resolution. Attention to detail and engineering change management. Teamwork and strong project follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Design, modify, and document mechanical products and components. Serve as a technical liaison with teams in China (technical translation, interpretation of requirements). Review drawings, validate specifications, and coordinate engineering change orders. Provide support in manufacturing and quality processes related to the product. Collaborate on new product introduction (NPI) projects.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Requirements: • Professional Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. • MS in Mechanical engineering preferred. • Handling of Inventor, Solid Works, ProE and/or AutoCad other CAD/CAE software. • Mechanically orientated with general knowledge of mechanisms, materials. • Knowledge of MFG Processes, sheetmetal processes preferred. • Minimal Required Relevant Experience of 5 years in Product Mechanical Design. • FEA experience / Knowledge • GD&T experience / Knowledge • Knowledge on injection molded parts and die casting components. • Bilingual English/Spanish (speak-read & write 90 %).
