Quality Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Robotics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or related). Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in plastic molding, assembly, or testing environments. Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation, including ISO 9001 requirements, audit readiness, and compliance management. Continuous improvement mindset, actively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality and operational efficiency.
