Coto Technology, a division of Kearney National, Incorporated, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation of New York, New York. Coto Technology`s reed relay manufacturing facilities are located in Rhode Island, USA (above center) and Mexicali, México (above right). Coto`s switch factory is located in Heerlen, The Netherlands (above left). Coto Corporation, dba Coto Technology, originated in Providence, Rhode Island, USA in 1917 as Coto Coil Incorporated - a company specializing in the design and manufacture of coil windings. During the mid-1960`s, Coto expanded its product line by introducing the reed relay - the result of integrating reed switches into coil windings. By 1970, Coto emerged as a leading manufacturer of reed relays with the development of the first patented Low-Thermal EMF reed relay. Coto Technology is an exciting, fast-growing, 300-employee company. Coto is one of the largest designers and manufacturers of relays to the electronics market. Key Responsibilities: Perform diversified duties designed to promote sales by providing efficient and effective customer service, fostering a positive company image, and generating external interest in the organization. Process and enter customer orders received via email accurately and in a timely manner. Provide quotations, pricing, and delivery information to customers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives. Prepare and send customer communications, including letters, quotations, and memorandums as required. Expedite orders through Production Planning and follow up on order acknowledgments and shipping dates. Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues to customers. Issue and maintain RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and coordinate quality-related issues with internal departments. Provide timely updates to customers, representatives, and distributors regarding order status and quality concerns. Communicate relevant information, issues, and concerns to the Account Management Manager, upper management, and key stakeholders to ensure proper awareness and resolution. Support global activities within the Account Management department. Maintain accurate records and prepare and submit required reports. Ensure the work area is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform additional duties, projects, and assignments as required or directed by the supervisor
