Manufacturing Engineer

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering with an Electronics concentration, or a related engineering discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry. Experience in electronics manufacturing is required. Experience with electronic assemblies, transformers, magnetics, or related manufacturing processes is preferred. Hands-on experience in process improvement, yield improvement, productivity enhancement, and manufacturing troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation techniques. Experience with fixture and tooling implementation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). U.S. Visa preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing environments. Knowledge of IPC standards. Experience with capacity planning and labor optimization. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems. Competencies Results-oriented. Strong sense of urgency. Effective communication skills.
