Since G-TEKT’s foundation in April 2011, we have been striving to satisfy the expectations of all of our stakeholders, with the management objective to become a “world-leading manufacturer specialized in body frame and transmission components.” The business climate surrounding G-TEKT is expected to harshen in the future. To achieve long-term sustainable growth under such circumstances, I believe that innovation is required in “core” areas to advance the four concepts of “work floor,” “global,” “growth,” and “environment, safety and social contribution.” To put it in more concrete terms, we will enhance corporate value to build a system befitting to a global leader through adding not only conventional technology innovation, but also the fields of sales and human resources to this innovation.
