Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Required Skills and Experience Minimum 6 years of experience as design or manufacturing engineer supporting product with significant mechanical/electromechanical content. Experience with mechanism design refinement, robotics and/or medical products are a plus. Comfortable with product development lifecycle including refinement, implementation, debug, verification, qualification, and transfer to manufacturing. Ability to execute and document changes in an automated change control system and demonstrate compliance. Proficient using CAD (SolidWorks) required. Provide production support of sustaining and startup manufacturing lines. Conduct testing of software releases before deploying on manufacturing line Provide product and process Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly input to enhance manufacturability of new products. Maintain all documentation associated with the manufacturing line. Conduct SAP transactions relevant to manufacturing operations. Provide technician training and oversee specified manufacturing stations to ensure quality. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills used when interfacing with manufacturing, product development, purchasing and inspection resources. Self-driven with the ability to excel in a high-energy, small, focused team environment, to maintain a strong sense of shared responsibility and shared reward, and to make work fun and interesting. Required Education and Training Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Robotics Engineering. Master is a plus Preferred Skills and Experience Prior responsibility for process, equipment or product validation / verification is a plus. Prior experience with complex device manufacturing is a plus. Experience in new product introduction/development is desirable. Experience in an ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or medical device manufacturing environment is desirable.

Shipping Supervisor (2do turno)

1–3 years of experience as a Shipping Supervisor or in a similar shipping/logistics leadership role. Working knowledge of shipping operations, including outbound execution, documentation, and meeting service-level deadlines. Experience tracking operational KPIs and taking corrective action to maintain performance to targets. Experience coaching, training, and onboarding employees; ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with shipping/warehouse and business systems, including SAP (ERP)/WMS and TMS Platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift and weekend coverage as needed. Required Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business) preferred but not required. Completion of on-the-job training in shipping operations, internal procedures, and department-specific workflows. Basic proficiency with shipping, inventory, and timekeeping/payroll systems (e.g., ERP/WMS/TMS platforms). Completion of required safety and workplace compliance training (e.g., EHS, PPE, equipment operation) as applicable to the role. Preferred Skills and Experience Prior experience SAP and procurement platforms. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written (approximately 80% proficiency). Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing teams. Experience supporting internal audits and managing nonconformities (NCs/NCRs), including documentation and follow-up. Familiarity with logistics forecasting, staffing projections, and resource planning. Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing changing priorities Experience with CTPAT and/or OEAT certification processes, documentation, and compliance is preferred.
