Manufacturing Engineer

Leach International Corporation designs and manufacturers relays, electronic control devices, and power systems primarily for the aerospace and defense industry. Position shift: Day shift Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Strong Mechanical and Industrial Engineering background, working on solving complex material, design for manufacturability and process issues. 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electromechanical component production (e.g., relays, contactors, switches, solenoids, or similar). Hands-on experience with electromechanical assembly processes, including soldering, wiring, precision mechanical fitting, electrical testing, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards, quality systems (AS9100), and tools like FMEA, SPC, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Experience and Proficient in reading/interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models using Inventor (CAD), SolidWorks, CATIA. Strong knowledge to improve and develop tooling and fixtures (mechanical design). Experience with production support in regulated environments (e.g., FAA, MIL-STD, or similar). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Experience to lead savings project, transfer lines and NPI. Manage ERP system to create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), automate routing steps and adjust Labor. Understanding of process capability, statistical analysis and design of experiments. English fluency is required. Expected to travel domestically and internationally with short notice on occasions up to 25% of the time.

Production Planner

• 3+ years supply chain role experience in an Aerospace manufacturing environment preferred. • Must possess good Computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must be dependable, responsible, and accurate and have the ability to deal with people effectively. • Understand that supply chain management spans all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption • Have detailed knowledge of manufacturing planning, master production scheduling, product definition, inventory control, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, shop floor control, arehousing, transportation and purchasing business functions

Facilities and Projects Engineer

Qualifications: Ability to travel (up to 50% travel required) Strong proficiency in reading/writing English/Spanish Strong communication, problem solving, and project management skills are essential. Education and experience: o A degree in facility management, industrial, manufacturing, electrical, chemical or other engineering discipline is required. o Minimum of 5 years of experience working in facilities management. o Strong history of project management (PMP certification preferred). o Professional certification in the design and construction of HVAC and/or extraction systems with knowledge of AIHA standards is preferred. Technical Skills: o Experience with CMMS maintenance software programs. o Proficient in creating facility layouts using CAD software. o Knowledge of facility fire systems and their requirements. o Strong electrical knowledge of building and safety requirements.
