Operatios Coordinator
Qualifications & Requirements Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field). Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience required. Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand manufacturing processes, machinery, and materials. Strong organizational and analytical skills with a highly methodical approach to work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High energy level with the ability to manage a large number of daily transactions and communications. Strong computer and spreadsheet skills required. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience in manufacturing planning, purchasing, inventory control, ERP/MRP systems, or production coordination is highly preferred. Work Schedule On-site position located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required depending on operational needs.
