FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES: Generación y mantenimiento de programas en Master CAM torno y fresadora, Hojas de Set Up, diseño de fixturas (Master CAM, Auto CAD Creo Parametric), selección y mejora de herramientas para el área de producción, análisis constante de reducción de costos en insertos y herramientas, apoyo continuo a maquinistas en operación y programación de los procesos de maquinado en general. RESPONSABILIDADES BASICAS / HABILIDADES: 1. Desarrolla programas CNC en software CAD/CAM para tornos horizontales y verticales, centros de Maquinado de 3 y 4 ejes y Rectificadoras 2. Crea la documentación de las hojas de set up de las herramientas de corte y de la parte. 3. Conocimiento del proceso de Manufactura. 4. Tolerancias geométricas y dimensionales. 5. Conocimiento de los Instrumentos de medición. 6. Trato con proveedores y clientes para recomendación de herramientas e insertos. Nota: Obedecer los reglamentos de seguridad establecidos, así como el uso de equipo de protección personal eje. Lentes y calzado de seguridad.
