Overview:
We are seeking a Business Unit Director to lead a dynamic and fast-growing financial operation in the US. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a solid background in operations and financial products. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring efficiency, and aligning business activities with overall company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage business unit operations to achieve strategic targets.
· Develop and implement business strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
· Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with headquarters.
· Oversee compliance, quality, and operational excellence.
· Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
· Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders and attend periodic meetings in the U.S.
· Manage cross-border communication and ensure fluent English delivery.
· Identify opportunities for process innovation and implement performance KPIs.
· Represent the company in client and partner interactions when needed.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
· 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, financial services, or related industries.
· Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and financial performance.
· Starting salary range from: 80,000 pesos per month (gross)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in English.
· Experience with financial products or fintech operations is highly desirable.
· Demonstrated success in cross-border or U.S corporate environments.
· Willing to travel to the U.S. as required.
