Paralegal Coordinator - Foránea
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required. At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm or legal setting, such as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar role. Strong comfort with technology and software, including Microsoft Word, Adobe, Canva, and legal platforms such as Clio, Lawmatics, and other case management tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strong communication skills and the ability to support, guide, and supervise teams in a professional and collaborative manner. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability. Solid understanding of case management principles and legal workflows. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. A Plus Experience assisting with onboarding, training, or mentoring new legal team members. Experience supporting recruiting or hiring processes. Experience with conflict checks or compliance-related workflows. Previous experience in a coordination, lead, or supervisory role within a legal environment. Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, and service-oriented organization. What we offer and other important information: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm PST schedule.
