Experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or similar role in a manufacturing, multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), data warehouses, and financial reporting tools (HFM is a plus). Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Experience supporting cross-functional teams and business decision-making.
