- Creating listings on our E-Commerce platform and marketplace platforms daily.
- Finding suitable E-Commerce products at our Mexicali facilities.
- Photographing products when necessary.
- Supporting Customer Care and VP of E-Commerce with marketplace customer interactions.
- Speaking with the support centers for each marketplace when we are blocked.
- Monitoring the marketplace KPIs and supporting customer service.
- Reporting on the performance of the marketplaces each week, sharing also key competitors in these channels.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Good attention to detail, analytical, diligent (must)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel (strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of consumer electronics such as laptops is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-Commerce or a related field is required
