Manufacturing Engineer

Oversees industrialization processes based on specific technologies by developing and executing, new product & continuous improvement processes based on AOP and growth projections for the site.

KEY JOB AREAS OF RESPONSABILITIES:

• Responsible to implement CAPEX Projects and capitalizations.
• Capacity Analysis
• NPI Project Support.
• Cross functionality knowledge sharing and process standardization.
• Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation
• Responsible of quick kaizen, knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process
• Partner with maintenance Eng. /Technician for trouble shooting analysis for key/critical equipment
• Improve processes controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation.
• Lead line efficiency and improvement efforts (projects, pph, throughput, etc.).
• Responsible for measure and updating layout changes in Auto CAD.
