Manufacturing Support Technician

The primary responsibility of this position is direct support of specialized manufacturing equipment used in manufacturing operations.

·   Responsible for direct support of specialized manufacturing equipment and automation used in operations.

·   Independently determines and develops a solutions approach to reduce downtime of critical equipment. 

·   Preventive maintenance and calibration of specialized manufacturing equipment and automation.

·   Follow up on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans. For all plant equipment. 

·   Maintain the plant's equipment in optimal conditions. 

·   Works with other members of the engineering team, facilities and operations staff to review and update key equipment documentation.

·   Help in the deployment of new technology. 

·   Independently determines and develops a solutions approach to reduce downtime of critical equipment.
