Responsible for executing engineering projects including activities such geometric modeling, drawing creation/interpretation, mounting slides for testing and creating reports with moderate supervision.
Must participate in internal meetings and interacts with other internal departments.
Communicates on specific technical related topics with internal and possible external customers.
Capable of preparing a high level DVP&R following established procedures and work instructions.
Capable of creating a DFMEA, and create a detailed TSUA of our products. To successfully acquire customer's intent on required/needed solution.
To develop custom made applications for OEM customers. To validate through analytical/experimental means the developed solutions. To coordinate and implement design products modifications.

Experiencia y requisitos

Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.

• MS in Mechanical engineering preferred.

• Handling of Inventor, Solid Works, ProE and/or AutoCad other CAD/CAE software.

• Mechanically orientated with general knowledge of mechanisms, materials.

• Knowledge of MFG Processes, sheetmetal processes preferred.

• Minimal Required Relevant Experience of 5 years in Product Mechanical Design.

• FEA experience / Knowledge

• GD&T experience / Knowledge

• Knowledge on injection molded parts and die casting components.

• Bilingual English/Spanish (speak-read & write 90 %).
