What We’re Looking For: ·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial & Financial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles (sales, telemarketing, call centers, or digital marketing) Strong background in telemarketing and/or call center operations Advanced English (C1+ required) with excellent communication skills (client-facing role) Excellent presentation and client management skills Strong analytical and numerical skills (conversions, leads, margins, KPIs) Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and grow teams High level of discipline, structure, and organization Emotional intelligence, resilience, and teamwork mindset Creativity and strong business perception Must be based in Tijuana (relocation required if currently in another city) What We Offer: Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 MXN gross per month Performance-driven environment Professional growth opportunities Dynamic and collaborative workplace Enjoy proportional vacation days Schedule: · Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM .
