ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Others may be assigned.
Program Planning and Execution: Lead the development, planning, and
execution of multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on
time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans,
including schedules, milestones, risk management strategies, and resource
allocation.

Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for
customers, managing communication and expectations. Conduct periodic Business
Review with assigned customers. Lead and participate on meetings held with
customers. Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage to grow the account organically within their account. Oversee contract negotiation and management, ensuring all terms
and conditions are met.
Budget and Financial Management: Manage sales budget for the site or
assigned customers, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting and profitability analysis. Drive cost-saving
initiatives and value engineering efforts to optimize project profitability.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet or exceed
customer quality expectations and comply with relevant industry standards and
regulations. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any non-conformities and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Leadership and Team Management: Strong ability to lead
cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project execution.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, essential for interfacing with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving Ability: Aptitude for identifying problems, analyzing
root causes, and implementing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation, with
the ability to manage client expectations and maintain long-term relationships.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in tracking project details,
deadlines, and quality standards.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing
circumstances and handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to manage
contracts, pricing, and customer agreements effectively.
Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of manufacturing
processes, materials, and electronics, which is crucial for effective program
management. Experienced in inventory management techniques (kanban, bonding,
safety stock, etc.).
Project Management Skills: Proficient in using project management
tools, Data Analysis MS Excel) and methodologies to ensure on-time delivery,
within scope and budget.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial aspects, such as
cost management, pricing strategies, and profit margins
