Accounting/Finance student

Responsibilities:

• Monthly REPSE documentation review, validation and follow up for the documentation needed. 
• Assist with the monthly VAT differences between posted JE vs Invoices in dollars by making the proper correction within the contpaq system report.
• Helping with any recurring task regarding the VAT refunds request (review, scan and stored invoices and documents
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing reconciliations.
• Testing our documented procedures – have an independent person to check that it is comprehensive
• Other tasks that require assistance.

Skills Required

• Accounting/Finance student;
• Basic understanding of indirect taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax)
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Have Initiative.
• Familiarity with contpaq system is a plus.
• English is a plus.
