Bilingual Assistant (English/Spanish)

🧭 Job Summary

The Bilingual Shipping Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Shipping Department, ensuring on-time delivery of outbound shipments and compliance with export documentation requirements.

This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

⚙️ Main Responsibilities

• Support shipping and export operations by preparing documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOL, customs forms, etc.).
• Track shipment status and update internal systems accordingly.
• Coordinate with carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate shipment updates, delays, or incidents to internal teams and international customers.
• Maintain accurate and organized shipping records and documentation.
• Assist in export compliance and audit preparation when required.
• Manage email and phone communication in English to confirm deliveries or resolve inquiries.
