- Be a strong business partner to management by conducting all necessary analyses at your level and leading economically-oriented meetings
- Leads local team in terms of guidance, training, people development and governance
- Ensures proper implementation of Internal Controls & Compliance. Secures adherence to financial policies at the site level
- Manage site financial performance plan and provide summary to Division’s management.
- Responsible for site financials KPI and reporting and validate the completeness, accuracy andquality of the data.
- Responsible for forecast and budget preparation in collaboration with Divisional Analyst and CFO Regional
- Prepare presentation and GAP analysis of site results and review with CFO and EVP
- Provides assistance and support on key financial processes such as Group procedures, internal control system, continuous monitoring, accounting rules and approbation process.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and monitoring on specific topics such as cash, aging accounts receivables (AR), inventory, and industrial variances
- Coordination of activities between site and other reporting units / intercompany
- Customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment that supports and directly impacts senior executive management reports and decisions.
Experiencia y requisitos
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required.
- Specialization in Finance preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of experience in financial management in an international operational environment
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information
- Knowledge of the IFRS standards
- Familiar with ERP system
