• Provide inductions and training courses.

• Develop strategies for the implementation or strengthening of management systems.

• Communicate security needs to the different areas of your organization.

• Identify, propose, and eradicate all improper practices within the facilities.

• Support management on issues related to safety and the environment.

• Spreading a culture of accident prevention and occupational diseases among workers.

• Promote and coordinate emergency brigades.

• Ensure legal compliance for regulations of STPS.

• Ensure legal compliance for Civil Protection.

• Ensure environmental legal compliance Semarnat, SPA.

• Verification of the safety and environmental conditions of the organization.

• Determination and assessment of occupational risks.

• Implementation and monitoring of applicable Mexican regulations.

• Management and/or participation in audits concerning safety and hygiene and the environment.

• Training of personnel in safety and hygiene and the environment.

• Supervision of hazardous waste collection areas and special management replenishments.

• Responsible for monitoring compliance with all environmental and labor laws (federal, state and local).

• Participation in the annual renewal of the wastewater discharge license, among other annual licenses and permits.

• Responsible for the joint commission on safety and hygiene, monthly tours and reporting.

• Recommends and oversees the procurement of materials and safety equipment for all areas of work in the company.

• Maintains logs and all kinds of controls for the legal disposal of hazardous and specially handled wastes..
