Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Perform electrical testing (TTR, Hi-Pot, resistance, losses, Heat Run).
- Record and validate test results.
- Identify deviations and troubleshoot failures.
- Provide support to production and product release.
- Analyze failure trends.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams.
- Validate testing equipment.
- Support audits and certification processes.
- Improve testing procedures.
- Provide technical training to personnel.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in electrical testing (transformers and/or switchboards).
- Knowledge of IEEE, UL, and ANSI standards.
- Hands-on experience with testing equipment (Hi-Pot AC/DC, TTR, Megger, winding resistance).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams (polarity, connections, TTR).
- Experience with tests: losses (No-load / Load), Hi-Pot, Induced, Heat Run.
- Strong analytical skills for results evaluation and troubleshooting.
- Experience preparing technical reports.
- Intermediate to advanced technical English.
