Plan, organize, direct, control, and manage manufacturing activities (engineering, production, planning, quality, safety, personnel, and delivery) to ensure that the manufacture of goods and/or services meets customer requirements in terms of quality, volume, and cost within the established timeframes

1. Manage the safety performance of the business unit, ensuring compliance with EHS systems to guarantee a safe and risk-free environment.
2. Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.
3. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of the job.
4. Manage the quality performance of the business unit, ensuring compliance with the quality system and promoting continuous improvement to guarantee customer satisfaction.
5. Manage the financial performance of the business unit, ensuring operational efficiency (cost per hour) to guarantee the satisfaction of stakeholders and shareholders.
6. Guarantee on-time deliveries to our customers, ensuring operational capabilities and supply chain effectiveness with robust processes and eliminating waste to guarantee customer satisfaction.
7. Manage the talent of the Business Unit (direct and matrix) through talent selection, continuous training, support in their career plans and coaching, and ensuring compliance with Human Resources policies to guarantee job stability and work-life balance.
8. Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.
9. Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts
