Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of management experience within Supply Chain operations. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements related to supply chain and materials management. Demonstrated, quantifiable achievements in supply chain, materials management, or logistics within the past five (5) years, including measurable improvements in inventory performance, cost reduction, service levels, productivity, or operational efficiency. Previous experience serving in a Manager-level position (e.g., Materials Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, or equivalent). Valid and verifiable professional certification in Supply Chain Management, such as APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) . Candidates must provide the certification number and maintain the certification in good standing.
