Overview

Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensuring their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will be supporting the team’s needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.


Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional matter both outbound and inbound.
  • Enter customer information accurately in databases.
  • Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives and regulation

Experiencia y requisitos

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company
  • Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helping customers, including customer follow up
  • Initiative to identify issues and areas of need and implement solutions
  • Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving; capable of handling various projects or tasks at the same time (multitasker)
  • Experience with MS Office tools
  • Requires a high school or technical degree

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability in working with high end technical troubleshooting support groups
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Electronic background skills
  • Ability in working with Internet / Apps support
