Overview of Role:
The HR Jr. Specialist supports daily HR operations, assisting with employee records, recruitment processes, and HR compliance tasks. This entry-level role provides foundational HR experience and development opportunities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
· Coordinating perfect attendance events
· Help with employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR team members
· Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
· Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Experiencia y requisitos
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1 year of HR experience (internships included).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR functions.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
