- Develop and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on talent management and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process for direct labor, indirect staff, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
- Design and implement talent development, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
- Oversee learning and development programs, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead employee and labor relations activities, including conflict resolution, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and government requirements.
- Oversee all personnel administration processes, including hiring, onboarding, employee records, transfers, promotions, terminations, attendance, and leave administration.
- Establish, monitor, analyze, and report key Human Resources metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill, employee retention, training effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement across Human Resources processes.
- Coordinate internal and external HR audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth while aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or Organizational Development is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a Human Resources Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, labor relations, employment regulations, and government compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration.
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing HR teams.
- Experience managing HR budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., TRESS, SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, Paylocity, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
