Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  1. Develop and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  2. Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on talent management and organizational effectiveness.
  3. Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process for direct labor, indirect staff, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
  4. Design and implement talent development, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
  5. Oversee learning and development programs, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
  6. Foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  7. Lead employee and labor relations activities, including conflict resolution, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and government requirements.
  9. Oversee all personnel administration processes, including hiring, onboarding, employee records, transfers, promotions, terminations, attendance, and leave administration.
  10. Establish, monitor, analyze, and report key Human Resources metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill, employee retention, training effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  11. Lead organizational change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement across Human Resources processes.
  12. Coordinate internal and external HR audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  14. Partner with cross-functional leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth while aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.

Experiencia y requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a Human Resources Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, labor relations, employment regulations, and government compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing HR teams.
  • Experience managing HR budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., TRESS, SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, Paylocity, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
