Maintenance Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise and coordinate maintenance shift personnel, ensuring efficient and timely completion of assigned tasks.
2. Implement and monitor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, coordinating corrective actions to optimize equipment availability.
3. Manage the resolution of compressed air and KOH leaks in coating machines, ensuring equipment integrity and safety.
4. Coordinate the execution of scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PMs) in compliance with established standards and procedures.
5. Prepare detailed activity reports and maintain updated records to support tracking, analysis, and decision-making.
6. Respond to production calls to repair equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.
7. Develop technical skills of team members, providing support and training to meet operational priorities.
8. Promptly inform the Maintenance Manager about spare parts, tools, or resource needs to ensure material availability.
9. Ensure team compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures to prevent workplace accidents.
10. Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and training sessions (L4Z, TPM, Kaizen) to continuously raise maintenance standards.
11. Manage and schedule equipment maintenance plans, ensuring proper execution and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
12. Control and monitor spare parts, ensuring availability of critical components and proper inventory management.
13. Perform and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) focused on problem-solving and the prevention of recurring equipment failures.
14. Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, including SMED, Kaizen, TPM, RCM, PDCA 4-step cycle, and Poka-Yoke.
15. Participate in bidding processes for new projects, supporting technical evaluations, supplier coordination, and project requirements.
16. Monitor and report project progress, maintaining updated records, milestones, activities, and results to ensure proper project follow-up.
