Descripción y detalle de las actividades
1. Serve as a functional expert in key Planning & Scheduling systems.
2. Collaborate with the data IS team and the business in order to ensure the validity and health of the ERP’s system data.
3. Collect and analyze key performance indicators databases and platforms in coordination with the division business units and Information Systems teams. Develop KPIs and institute review process in lacking areas. 4. Utilize Lean and Safran tools to identify key business challenges through the measurement and analysis of key performance indicators.
5. Exercise problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing. problems and procures required resources and support.
6. Is able to understand the business in terms of customer requirements, business strategy, internal performance and supplier performance. Works in conjunction with the business in order to develop an appropriate action plan in accordance with the strategy defined by the entity. Act as interface with all stakeholders
7. Apply Safran 4.0 tools & methodologies to identified problems.
8. Work with IS to identify, develop, and deploy 4.0 software solutions.
9. Ensure Cabin and Divisional industrialization standards are followed throughout the lifecycle of the program.
10. Ensure sustainability of newly established process. Lead transfer of stabilized processes to business unit.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned
Experiencia y requisitos
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Operations
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in the following areas: Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain; Customer Services; Production; Quality; Engineering; Information Technology; Logistics or Planning.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or related industry desired Knowledge
• Knowledge of an industrial entity processes and operations. Technical awareness of manufacturing processes and indicators.
• Demonstrated ability with quality and continuous improvement tools (Process FMEA, Risk analysis, Root Cause Analysis, 5W, 5S, DMAIC, VSM, etc.)
• Knowledge of supply chain principles & tools; ERP principles.
• Project Management skills. Practical experience with the management of complex projects. Familiarity with the organization practices of a progress plan
Computer Skills:
• Strong proficiency in the use of common software packages including MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Capable of managing large amounts of data and tasks.
• Competency in performing data analysis through data business analytics services (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Other Skills:
• Problem solving skills - ability to analyze a problem and determine if driven by design, supplier or other factors in a timely fashion
• Capacity to operate in a pluri-disciplinary, inter-cultural and international environment
• Qualities in interpersonal relationship and in kindly challenging the organizations
• Must have excellent technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capacity to do benchmarking
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Lean Sigma Green belt certification.
