Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. English: Advanced level (written andverbal). 4–6 years of experience in Facilities or Infrastructure Project Management. Proven experience managing capital projects (CAPEX) from concept through commissioning, Including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and project closeout. Experience leading personnel and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, controls, industrial networks, and facility monitoring systems. Knowledge of HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, exhaust systems, and energy management. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in manufacturing facilities exceeding 100,000 sq. ft. is preferred. Leadership and team collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
