SUMMARY: Participates in the implementation of generally accepted methods of quality assurance of analyze the results of process inspection. Coordinates the principal indicator (KPI) with the different departments in order to achieve the goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update Work instruction for the quality process inspection.
• Create Quality alerts.
• Develop and maintain the KPI company level.
• Participates in product and process transfer by assisting the quality group in cosmetic, dimensional and/or functional evaluations or in the introduction of transfer of new products.
• Participates in internal and external audits. Verifies the effectiveness of preventive or corrective Actions derived from product or process deviations.
• Can verify and/or create control graphs that serve as an effective mean for taking corrective and/or preventive actions.
• Notifies the supervisor any deviation from the established quality standards.
• Can assist the quality department in the maintaining and updating controlled documentation (Files for controlled and non-Controlled forms, labels & customers.)
