The Mid-Level Bilingual Recruiter supports the recruitment process for technical and professional positions, assisting in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with clients. This role requires bilingual communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical or behavioral assessments.
- Communicate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and generate basic reports.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve candidate experience and processes.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bilingual environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
