The Senior Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, professional, and managerial positions. This role requires advanced communication skills in English and Spanish, the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, and experience engaging directly with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters (if applicable).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in bilingual environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital job posting platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
